We love Toscana!

So the Fuhrmans did their first road trip with the two boys this week, and as can be expected, we found that traveling with two little ones is A LOT of work! We made Livorno our home base and traveled to the surrounding areas, specifically Lucca, Pisa, and San Gimigiano. It was a roller coaster of a trip---we discovered that it takes, on average, about 30 minutes to leave a car with two kids. Between feedings, diapers, and vomit (yes, vomit...apparently Kian gets car sick like his Mom), we spent some real quality time getting familiar with the parking lots of Tuscany. I guess if you are stuck cleaning vomit out of your car, the best place to be is in a parking lot overlooking the vineyards of Tuscany right? Overall, it was a good trip and while each boy had his moments, it was all worth it in the end. I have tons of pics and videos to post, so check back often so see if i've had a chance to ignore my children and mess around on the computer...i mean post blog pics.
